Black Youth: Developing and Managing Wealth

ADYA welcomes the community to it’s second annual fundraiser at the Northwest African American Museum. This Well Dress or Traditional Attire event will present the future of Sankofa Tutoring System™. We are honored and blessed to have David Banner as the Keynote Speaker, his ideas and outlook on Developing and Managing Wealth for Black Youth is greatly anticipated.
ADYA launched its first academic development program called Sankofa Tutoring System (STS) as a pilot program at Franklin High School in 2012. After 3 years of piloting the STS program in different locations, the program is ready to be launched in its full capacity. The STS program strategy is to operate from our own leased location in the 4th quarter of 2018. Our goal is to serve 100 STEM students yearly, with students from both middle and high school.
