On Saturday, March 12, 2016, iUrban Teen (Seattle) hosted the 2nd Annual STEM tour day with Google Seattle staff. During this STEM tour day, over 35 youth and parents toured the Google Seattle facilities as well as learned about Google as a company, the basics of coding, and how to land a job or internship at Google. Both the youth and parents genuinely expressed how much they enjoyed the event and how informative the STEM tour day was!

iUrban Teen is a nationally recognized program focused on exposing male youth of color between the ages of 13 to 18 to STEM and Arts education and career fields. The youth participating in this program receive hands-on exposure to a variety of careers that place them outside their current boundaries.
